Hale Doğan Koç was born in Mersin and completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Aksaray.
He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law.
After completing his law internship, he stepped into his professional life within the Muğla Law Society and started to work as a lawyer by opening his law office in October 2018.
